厚皮甜瓜高效再生体系的建立Establishment of Efficient Regeneration System of muskmelon( Cucumis melon L.)

摘要(Abstract):
以优质厚皮甜瓜品种鲁厚甜2号和鲁厚甜4号为材料,系统研究了以子叶为外植体的厚皮甜瓜组培高效再生体系。结果表明:两个甜瓜品种在不定芽和愈伤组织诱导上存在着较大的差异,在MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L的分化培养基上,鲁厚甜2号不定芽诱导率最高达92.6%;而鲁厚甜4号在MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L中达94.3%;诱导出的不定芽丛的伸长以MS+KT 0.2 mg/L为最佳;两个甜瓜品种在1/2MS+IBA 0.4 mg/L中均获得良好的生根效果。另外,保持高温、高湿是甜瓜再生苗移栽成活的重要条件。
