贮藏期及贮藏温度对低温制粒颗粒料霉变的影响Effects of Storage Period and Temperature on Deterioration of Feed Pelleted at Low Temperature

摘要(Abstract):
为促进发酵饲料的应用,研究贮藏期(1、8、16、24 d)和贮藏温度(低温0~4℃、中温16~20℃和高温30~34℃)对猪用发酵饲料低温制粒颗粒料自由基、pH值、淀粉酶、霉菌及黄曲霉毒素等指标的影响。制粒温度48℃,颗粒料水分含量为12. 27%,用呼吸膜塑料袋厌氧贮藏。试验结果表明,贮藏期对过氧化氢、霉菌和黄曲霉毒素的含量及过氧化氢酶、淀粉酶活性无显著影响(P> 0. 05);贮藏温度对丙二醛含量、过氧化氢酶和淀粉酶活性及pH值有显著影响(P <0. 05),对霉菌和黄曲霉毒素含量无影响(P> 0. 05)。高温下贮藏24 d时霉菌和黄曲霉毒素的含量与贮藏1 d时无差别(P> 0. 05)。结果显示发酵饲料低温制粒颗粒料尽量避免高温贮藏,高温下贮藏期可以达到24 d。
